General Refund Policy
At MetaboMedica, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. Due to the nature of our medical products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed and shipped.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- If the product arrives damaged or defective
- If there was an error in the order processing (wrong product shipped)
- If the product was shipped after the guaranteed delivery date
Refund Timeframe
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
